Lauren Agresti

Lauren Agresti presently serves as Senior Counsel and Director of Legal Services at TASSC International, a nonprofit organization seeking to end the practice of torture and empower survivors. An experienced litigator and legal advisor, Lauren is passionate about serving those in need. Lauren spent more than seven years in private practice, working with clients in civil rights litigation and a broad range of other civil disputes. She has represented immigrants, detainees, and survivors of torture and brings patience, empathy, and perseverance to each and every one of her cases. Lauren holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania. Lauren is licensed to practice law in Maryland.
