Lauren Agresti is the founder of InTriplicate LLC, a consulting firm that helps small and growing organizations build stronger people practices, make better employment decisions, and create the infrastructure they need to grow.
Before founding InTriplicate, Lauren spent nearly a decade practicing law. From 2024 to 2026, she served as Senior Counsel and Director of Legal Services at TASSC International, a nonprofit organization working to end the practice of torture and empower survivors. Earlier in her career, she spent more than seven years in private practice, where her work included civil rights and employment litigation and a broad range of civil disputes. She has represented immigrants, detainees, survivors of torture, individuals, and organizations navigating complex and high-stakes problems.
Lauren’s work today draws on that experience while extending beyond it. She is particularly interested in how organizations make decisions about people, how systems shape those decisions, and how thoughtful structure can make workplaces both more effective and more fair.
Lauren holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania. She is licensed to practice law in Maryland.
